Dr. Ronak Solanki

Dr. Ronak Solanki, D.O.M.S., D.N.B. (Aravind), F.C.P.R.S. (MMJEI), F.I.C.O. (UK, GREECE), is a highly skilled ophthalmologist with extensive training and expertise in various subspecialties.

After completing his Diploma in Ophthalmology, Dr. Solanki pursued his DNB (Ophthalmology) from the renowned Aravind Eye Care System in Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry. He then further honed his skills by undertaking a fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the prestigious MM Joshi Eye Institute in Karnataka. To enhance his proficiency in cataract surgery, he completed a Phacoemulsification training program at the esteemed Sadguru Netra Chikitsalaya in Chitrakoot.

Driven by a passion for continuous learning and international exposure, Dr. Solanki completed the International ICO training program at Ophthalmica Institute of Microsurgery in Greece under the guidance of Dr. Miltos Balidis. This experience equipped him with expertise in various corneal conditions such as Keratoconus, Lamellar Surgeries, Infectious Keratitis, and Ocular surface diseases, including the application of Femto technology in corneal diseases.

With a special interest in the field of Retina, Dr. Solanki pursued additional training at the renowned L.V.Prasad Eye Institute, focusing on lasers and intravitreal for retinal diseases. He possesses proficiency in advanced cataract surgeries, including the use of Premium lenses and Phacoemulsification techniques. His repertoire of skills also includes Collagen Cross-Linking, Penetrating and Lamellar Keratoplasties, Descemet Membrane Endothelial Keratoplasty, and various refractive surgeries such as LASIK/SMILE/PRK/EpiLasik and ICL.

Dr. Solanki’s dedication to his field is evident through his active involvement in academic and research activities. He has delivered talks and presented his research work at numerous international and national conferences. Additionally, he has shared his knowledge and expertise by training students in cataract surgery, both nationally and internationally.
